Our services

What we do, who we work with, and where we draw the line.

7 questions

We provide research guidance across the PhD lifecycle in eight services: PhD topic selection and research proposals, literature review and novelty identification, thesis and dissertation support, research and review papers, data analysis and Python implementation, AI algorithm development, journal publication guidance, and conference paper and presentation support.

Yes. Scholars can engage us for a single stage or for structured support across the whole journey. In every case, the research remains yours: we guide, review and analyse, while you make the academic decisions and author the work.

No. We guide, review, analyse and explain; you research, write and submit. Our support is editorial and advisory, which is what keeps your work defensible in your viva and compliant with your institution’s rules.

Yes. We evaluate the topics you are considering for novelty, feasibility and fit with your background, and we can suggest directions within your field. You receive a short evaluation note with a recommended direction. The final choice is always yours.

We support researchers in engineering, computer science, management, commerce, education, social sciences, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, medical research, environmental sciences and humanities. If your area is not listed, contact us and we will confirm whether we have the right specialist.

We work with master’s, MPhil and PhD scholars, faculty members and independent researchers. The support is shaped to your degree and to your institution’s requirements.

Yes. We format manuscripts to specific journal or conference author guidelines, including structure, word limits, citation style, figures, tables and supplementary material.

Getting started

From your first message to a written scope.

6 questions

You share your requirement through the consultation form, by email or on WhatsApp. A consultant reviews it and arranges a short discussion to understand your stage, timeline and institutional requirements. You then receive a written scope with deliverables and timelines before any work begins.

Use the Request Consultation form on this website, email us, or message us on WhatsApp. You can share drafts, data files or guidelines after the initial discussion through a secure link that we provide.

Your research area or topic, your current stage and deadline, your institution’s guidelines or template, any supervisor feedback, and any drafts or data you already have. Nothing needs to be polished; rough notes are enough to start.

We reply during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST, and aim to respond within one working day. For a quick question, WhatsApp is the fastest route.

Each engagement is quoted after the initial discussion, based on the scope, the deliverables and the timeline. There is no fixed price list because no two projects are alike. The written scope states the fee, the payment stages and exactly what is included, so there are no surprises later.

Yes. Many scholars start with a single stage, such as data analysis or a proposal review, and add more later. The Process page describes the single-stage, multi-stage and end-to-end options.

Working together

Communication, timelines and progress updates.

6 questions

A consultant with research experience in your discipline leads your engagement and stays your single point of contact. Statisticians, data scientists and publication specialists join when the work needs them.

Your consultant updates you at every milestone, by email or WhatsApp, and whenever something changes. You can ask for a status update at any time.

It depends on the service and the scope. Each service page lists a typical timeline, and the exact dates for your project are agreed in the written scope before work starts. If you have a tight deadline, tell us in the first discussion so we can plan around it.

Online. Discussions take place over video or phone calls, and documents are exchanged by email or a secure link. This lets us support scholars anywhere in India and abroad.

Yes. Share the feedback and the guidelines, and we align our review, formatting advice and revisions to them. Responding to specific supervisor or committee comments is part of the revision rounds.

All written work and analysis support is in English. If your institution requires another language, tell us in the first discussion and we will confirm whether we can support it.

Deliverables and revisions

What you receive, and how changes are handled.

5 questions

Each service page lists its deliverables, for example annotated drafts, feedback reports, analysis outputs, documented code or slide decks. Your written scope lists the ones for your project. Files are delivered in editable formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Python notebooks, with PDF copies where useful.

Yes. Every service includes revision rounds within an agreed window, and changes your supervisor asks for count as revisions. The rounds for each service are listed in the revision policy on the About page and written into your scope.

Errors on our side are corrected at no extra cost, whatever the revision window.

New chapters, additional analyses or experiments, a changed research question or a new target journal are new scope. We quote them separately and only start after you agree, so the original scope and fee are never changed without your say.

You do, once the fees for them are paid. Feedback, analysis outputs, code and other material produced for your project are yours to use, and we do not reuse them for anyone else.

Confidentiality and ethics

How your research, data and authorship are protected.

6 questions

Yes. All drafts, data and personal information are treated as confidential, accessed only by the consultants working on your engagement, and never reused, shared or published. A written confidentiality commitment is available on request.

Yes. Ask for it before you share anything and we will sign it first.

They are kept only for as long as the engagement and its revision window need, and deleted on request when the project closes.

We follow an author-first model: guidance, review, analysis and editing of work you have written. We do not ghostwrite and we do not submit on your behalf. Many universities permit professional editing and statistical consultation, but policies differ, so check your institution’s rules and disclose the support where it asks you to.

No. Our support is editorial and advisory. We are not authors of your thesis or papers and we never claim to be.

No, and no ethical provider can. Publication decisions rest with journal editors and peer reviewers. We provide professional preparation support that improves the quality, clarity and compliance of your submission, and we help you respond to reviewer feedback. We do not guarantee acceptance, grades, degree completion or any other academic outcome.

Data, Python and AI

Software, code and what happens with your data.

5 questions

Yes. Our statisticians help you choose appropriate tests, check assumptions, run analyses in SPSS, R, Python, Stata or AMOS, and interpret the output so you can report and defend the results confidently. We also support qualitative analysis in NVivo and ATLAS.ti.

Yes. We help you plan, implement and document data analysis and AI code for your research, from data pipelines to machine-learning experiments. Every script is explained so you can run, modify and defend it.

For analysis: SPSS, R, Python, Stata, AMOS and SmartPLS, with NVivo and ATLAS.ti for qualitative work. For AI: Python with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras. For documents: Word and LaTeX, with Zotero, Mendeley or EndNote for references. We work in the tools your institution expects.

Yes. Explaining the work is part of the service. Analyses come with interpretation notes, code is commented, and walkthrough sessions are included so you can present and defend every decision.

We advise on the most defensible way to handle missing data, outliers, assumption violations and small samples, and we tell you honestly when more data collection is the better option.
