What happens to your information, and what to expect from the first message to the final handover.
Your data stays confidential
Your personal details, drafts, data and code are seen only by the consultants on your engagement. Nothing you share is reused, published or passed to anyone else. A signed confidentiality agreement is available on request. Your files are deleted on request when the project closes.
What to expect
Written scope. Before work starts, you receive a scope that lists the deliverables and what each stage includes. Agreed timeline. Every milestone has a delivery date that we agree with you at the start. Progress updates. Your consultant updates you at each milestone, by email or WhatsApp, and whenever something changes. Clear handover. Final files come with notes, so you can explain and defend the work.

Every service includes revision rounds. The terms for your project are written into your scope before work starts.
